We are invited to demonstrate glass scratches removal process by our glass scratch removal kit .
At first, we install the handle onto the grinder which is speed adjustable.
The first step of the glass scratch repair is coarse sanding.
Stick the blue coarse sanding pads onto the backing pad.
Turn the speed between the second and the third level.
Please notice that when grinding please hold the grinder stable and grind orderly until producing a large amount of glass powder.
When the scratch is gone, please replace with the green fine sanding pad.
The purpose of fine sanding is to make the glass surface much smoother which is good for polishing.
Now replace with the red polishing pad.
Press it steady and spray water. Then start polishing.
When polishing please keep spraying water to the polishing area. It should not polish without water.
After polishing, clean the glass and check the repaired area.
Check carefully from different angles or toward the light to make sure the repair is done completely.
The repair is perfect and our customer is happy. So do we.
